Abstract

The article determines that the transition enterprises to the informational degree development leads to changes in the vectors activity and to increase the importance the intellectual potential in the economy. The main non-material resource the socio-historical process has always been and remains people, as subjects - carriers of activities who know the world around them and influence its development. So, the development socio-economic progress in a new society depends on the level activation and motivation of human intellectual potential.
