Abstract

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract in English only.Professor Fan Ruiping proposed that in the Confucian view, the basis of the family relationship is family affection rather than a contract. This judgment of the Confucian family view is based on a comparative perspective on civilization.
