Abstract

The article deals with the problems of editorial and publishing activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Education, taking into account the motivational factor of persons who are acquainted with the results of such activity in the context of the present, as well as studying the processes of improvement of the relevant activity.Nowadays, the modern process of informatization somewhat changed the attitude of people and especially young people towards printed publications or sources of information. Such tendencies have both positive and negative sides. Both of these should be taken into account in order to further improve the professional competence of the law enforcement officer by reinforcing one and reducing the negative impact of others. In particular, in some cases, ATS workers are not motivated to use print media because they are successfully using electronic sources and this is a very important issue for study. Modern trends in the field of informatization quite often offset the idea of printed publications.Very often, students, cadets and listeners neglect textbooks or manuals and prefer data from the Internet even if they have not been tested. They are demotived to use print media, since it is easier for them to use Internet sources that are widely available. In view of this important factor is the development of motivational aspirations aimed at understanding the audience of the need to use in the process of educational diaspora, primarily authoritative publications. In this paper, we have proposed the most actual issues of editorial and publishing activity of higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and ways of their solution, which in our opinion reflect the possibilities for improvement of the corresponding area. We believe that the proposed measures will significantly contribute not only to the improvement of the editorial and publishing business and the quality of educational and scientific publications, but also to increase the educational and professional level of the involved branch officers of the ATS.
