종교문화유산의 활용을 위한 시론

Abstract

From the time the ‘Local Autonomy System’ began in earnest to today, each local government has made various efforts to create unique local cultural contents and spread positive local culture. This is not irrelevant to the perception that not only the local economy should be revitalized, but also the local people themselves should improve their living conditions and lifestyles, become subjects, organically relate to local life, and form a cultural identity of the region. However, even considering the modifier of region, local cultural contents that do not meet the needs of local residents and visitors will be shunned. Therefore, local governments need to establish the direction of local culture and local cultural content, continue to discover and utilize local cultural resources, and make efforts to preserve them.
 Therefore, researchers want to develop a unique point of “value life” in the history of the Korean Catholic Church to explore sustainable use of the religious a nd c ultural heritage of t he C atholic Andong Diocese, called the “Duratbaemi Diocese”, and propose the planning direction of the content.
 This study is of academic and social value in that it is the first study to deal with the content of the religious and cultural heritage of the Catholic Diocese of Andong, which has not been discussed so far.
