Abstract

The urgency of the problem of managing work with parents in Youth Sports Schools is substantiated. Due to the rapid changes in social paradigms, the Sport Youth Schools today faces a number of the problems and requires guidance for further development. The problem of managing work with parents in Youth Sports Schools is formulated. It is particular aspect the identification of real contradictions between the declared tasks of the Youth Sport School and the real state of affairs, the solution of which could make the work with parents of pupils focused and productive. The analysis of scientific sources is presented, in which we have revealed that the difficulties in managing parents in Youth Sports School are related in different respects to the subjects of the training process to its targets and results. These contradictions underlie the interaction of the administration, coaches and parents, which together must create a single three-dimensional system, often of a random and sometimes harmful nature. Overcoming this state of affairs is possible by developing and implementing appropriate guidelines for trainers and the administration of the Youth Sports School and conducting educational work for them. We regard the continuation of the analysis of literary sources in the management of work with parents in Youth Sports Schools as a promising area of research. This can help to more thoroughly determine the theoretical foundations of the methodological recommendations regarding the process of interaction of the participants in the training work in the Youth Sports Schools System.
