Abstract
The article analyzes the views of international organizations, CIS and European scholars, as well as leading countries of the world on the concept of public-private partnership. It also reveals the differences between the concept of public-private partnership and the concepts of public-private partnership, social entrepreneurship and privatization. On the basis of the given definitions, important features of this partnership are distinguished.
