Abstract

The paper is the comprehensive interdisciplinary research on trends in updating the educational space with the help of state regulation conducted as a part of a grant research project. The development of the educational space of the region is considered from the perspective of a particular law or regulation adopted to govern responsible parenthood. The research investigates the attitude of the younger generation to traditional family values. The paper notes the possible impacts of laws and regulations on the improvement of the region’s educational space. The focus is on the relationship of the institution of responsible parenthood with the legal, educational, and psychological aspects of scientific knowledge. The author analyzes the practices of the School of Responsible Parenthood at North-Eastern Federal University that is a social project aimed at acquiring knowledge by parents, building their skills required for successful development of the child.
