Abstract

The author notes that the objective of contemporary philological education at any level of studies is to form and develop the linguistic identity. Quality linguistic education meets the goal of higher education: forming comprehensive communicative competence, which includes language and speech components. The priority direction of teaching students in universities of Tajikistan is improving all kinds of speech activities. The author points that one of the main tasks in designing the new approach to arranging the education process in the economic schools of Tajikistan, and finding new forms and methods of developing business skills within the framework of the “Russian Language” as the subject, can be solvedby proper selection of education tools. This choice determines the whole process of teaching Russian as a factor of developing future economists’ professional competency.
