Abstract
The article «Musical and theatrical life of pre-revolutionary Minusinsk People: N.Z Yartsev» is devoted to the outstanding figure of musical culture of the Minusinsk the XIX–XX centuries, Nicholaу Zakharovich Yartsev. On the basis of documentary and rare sources identified GAKK, Minusinsk state archive, Minusinsk museum of local history by named N.M. Martyanov, Minusinsk Drama theater, as well as in a number of pre-revolutionary periodicals in the article reveals the importance of the activities of N.Z. Yartsev not only for the artistic life of the southern part of the Krasnoyarsk territory, but also for the whole Siberian region. Reveals the different aspects of his life and work.
