Abstract

The article summarizes the experience of foreign and domestic research on the risks of hiring young professionals. The set of possible personnel risks when hiring young specialists has been systematized. It is concluded that company owners acquires more opportunities than threats of loss of profits and the corporate image because of lack of work experience of young personnel. A classification of short-term and long-term potential opportunities acquired by an organization when hiring young personnel has been developed. The advantages for the organization from internships and on-the-job training of young specialists have been substantiated.
