Abstract

The article analyzes the linguo-cultural peculiarities of the Russian Germans’ culinary recipes. The study is based on the comprehensive analysis of culinary recipes texts and field method (interview). Culinary recipes texts and the survey results served as the research material. The findings allowed the author to identify the structural and linguistic peculiarities of culinary recipes in the mixed dialect (West Central German and East Central German). Though the young generation has lost the dialect, culinary traditions have appeared to be one of the most stable elements of the Russian Germans’ culture.
