Abstract
본 연구는 미용관련 자격증 취득 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 진로인식 간의 구조적 관련성을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다.<BR> 본 연구를 위하여 2018년 10월 27일부터 12월 19일까지 광주 · 전남 지역 소재 특성화고 미용전공 학생들 중 미용관련 자격증 취득자 300명을 대상으로 자기기입법을 통해 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 245부를 최종 분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해 통계처리는 SPSS Ver. 21.0과 Amos Ver. 21.0 프로그램 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하였다.<BR> 이상의 결과로 미용관련 자격증 취득 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감과 전공만족도, 진로인식 간의 구조적 관계에서 학업적 자신감과 학업적 자기조절효능감, 과제학습 난이도 모두 전공만족도에 중요하게 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 학업적 자기조절효능감은 진로인식에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 전공만족도와 진로인식에 있어 핵심 요인으로 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 전공만족도는 진로인식을 함에 있어 중요한 의미로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 학업적 자신감, 학업적 자기조절효능감, 과제학습 난이도로 학습자의 특성과 가치 등을 고려하여 선택권을 제공하고 자율성에 근거한 자기효능감을 향상시켜야함을 시사하고 있다.
