Abstract

In this article the questions of the different management approaches (functional, process, systematical, structural, value, and project) usage within the innovation activity of the enterprise are examined. It is marked that the enterprise choice of the basic concept which will be the basis of its management system must fully provide the achievement of goals, which are of the primary importance for the enterprise in present and in future, adjust with the peculiarities of its manufacturing and functioning. During the research it was analyzed the possibility of usage of this or that management approach, their advantages and disadvantages. It was revealed that the most spread in the native enterprises are functional and process approaches, which have both wide ranges of advantages and serious disadvantages, that does not let their absolute usage for the innovation changes. According to the results of the conducted experiments the most prospect is the approach, which is based on the value-oriented management and foresees the achievement final goal of the innovation implementation – enterprise value growth. In this article the main indexes which characterize the value of the enterprise and fully agree with the peculiarities of its operational and financial activities, area membership and other conditions of functioning are examined.
