Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of scrabble media to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary in grade 10 at MA Al-Washoya. This research method uses quantitative and descriptive approaches to explore how the application of scrabble media in improving the mastery of Arabic vocabulary in MA "Al-Wahoya" Ngoro, Jombang. This study uses a pre-experimental design with a type of early-final test in one group (One Group Pretest-Posttest Design). The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the results of Arabic vocabulary mastery based on tests conducted before and after being treated in the form of scrabble media. In the initial test, an average score of 55.63 was obtained and then after being treated in the form of scrabble media and tested again, an average nla of 66.25 was obtained. So that the use of scrabble media is effectively used to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary in grade 10 students of MA al-washoya ngoro jombang in 2023/2024.
