Abstract

The paper proposes a mathematical model for training athletes in arm wrestling. The main goal is to optimize the preparation of athletes for the competitive season. The mathematical model is based on the general theory of Markov processes and the Bellman principle of optimization of dynamic systems. The model is also adapted to work with factors that are difficult to formalize. The mathematical model will be useful for optimization in the complex planning of training athletes in arm wrestling.
