Abstract

The purpose of this study examined the analysis of among mood state on job stress and job effectiveness of office workers` kendo participants. Data collection was conducted using the SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 statistical program, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach`s α test, correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis. The following conclusions were obtained. First, depression, tension, fatigue, anger, and confusion in the mood of workers` job moods positively affected job stress and vitality negatively. Second, the vigor of the worker`s mood has a positive effect on job effectiveness, and anger and confusion negatively affect job satisfaction and job commitment. Third, the job stress of the worker`s kendo participants negatively affects job effectiveness. These results suggest that the mood of the worker`s kendo participants is a significant variable for job stress and job effectiveness.
