Abstract
In the context of general globalization and the strengthening of the role of international law, the issues of recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts are the most urgent. Today, the execution of decisions of foreign courts for the most part is made dependent on international treaties. This article discusses some of the problems of recognition of judgments. Decisions of foreign courts that do not require compulsory execution are recognized without special proceedings if there are no objections from the interested person. If there are objections, the issue will be considered in a regulated manner by the courts competent to issue permission for the execution of decisions.
