Abstract

The purpose of this article is the development of theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the typology and formation of the organizational culture of enterprises and organizations and the development of proposals for its implementation in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises in modern conditions. Research methodology. The goal set in the article was achieved using the following research methods: logical generalization and scientific abstraction, structural analysis, analytical method. The results. The process of developing and improving organizational culture does not stop at domestic enterprises even during the war. On the contrary, the war significantly changed the values of companies, strengthened corporate social responsibility, not only wages became important for employees, but also a sense of belonging to the company, unity of the team and understanding that everyone in the company works for a common goal. The types and mechanism of development and implementation of organizational cultures are outlined. The experience of multinational and Ukrainian companies is summarized. Modern trends in HR management in wartime conditions at domestic enterprises have been determined. Practical significance of research results. Increasing the efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises, especially in wartime, requires a serious attitude to such a management element as organizational culture, taking into account the latest trends in personnel management. The practical use of the proposed theoretical and applied approaches will allow to raise the level of organizational culture in multinational and Ukrainian companies, to improve its development process and the mechanism of implementation at the enterprise.
