Abstract
Nowadays, a number of high-tech industries (aerospace engineering, power engineering, research, etc.) require high accuracy pressure unsteady processes. This measurement should take place in real time. To ensure these requirements require special methods of measuring dynamic values and corresponding sensors. It features non-stationary measurement values in real time led to the creation of a new type of sensor, which, in turn, require a new approach and methodology of experimental research characteristics of these sensors. This article is devoted to experimental study of the characteristics of piezoresistive pressure sensors unsteady processes. The first stage of such studies is to establish static characteristics of the sensor and setting its accuracy class. After installing the static characteristics of the sensor and its accuracy class studied the dynamic characteristics. Investigation of dynamic characteristics through measurement of pulse pressure, which is formed by the balls fall to the membrane sensor. In the submitted paper the theoretical aspects to justify the choice of the dynamic test signal. In this article, the technique of these procedures and the results of studies showing an instance of a sensor designed to measure the pressure of non-stationary processes in real time.
