Abstract

Taking into account the difference in the mobility of electrons with different spin projections, the frequencies of spin-injection radiation in magnetic contact with a current formed by two ferromagnets are calculated. It is shown that at a certain density of current exceeding the threshold value, these frequencies lie in the terahertz range, and the current density required to generate the terahertz radiation, even at small values of the difference in mobilities, may be two orders of magnitude less than at the same mobility. The effect of the ratio of spin polarizations of ferromagnets, which form the magnetic transition, on the radiation frequency was analyzed.
