Abstract

The article updates the problems related to the vocational training of future teachers through the example of social-pedagogical partnership. The urgency and necessity of introducing partnership forms of organization of the educational process are emphasized. A theoretical analysis of the views of scientists on the problem of quality of education, which is conditioned by the pedagogy of partnership, is given, the most important elements of the phenomenon under study are highlighted. The experience of European countries in the formation and formation of social-pedagogical partnership as a factor of improving the quality of vocational-pedagogical training on the example of future teachers' training is presented in detail. On the basis of elements of comparative analysis with the experience of foreign countries, the introduction of their own ideas in the preparation of future teachers is presented. It has been found that through the use of one's own ideas of social-pedagogical partnership in education it is possible to overcome many problems in this important sphere and to require the creation of a new model of functioning of organizations providing training. The effectiveness of social-pedagogical partnerships with organizations of different levels will ensure the quality of training of pedagogical staff. The article determines that social-pedagogical partnership in the preparation of future teachers envisages ensuring a high degree of competitiveness of graduates, their professional mobility, readiness for innovation. The study does not exhaust all aspects of the problem of pedagogy of social-pedagogical partnership in the educational environment when preparing teachers.
