Abstract

The research to assess the effectiveness of mastering of simultaneous silent running technique by young skiers was condacted. The material of the research was the method of expert assessment on the basis of the Yurovskaya School (section of ski training), the village Yurovo, Vologda region in the period from November 2018 to March 2019. This method helped to find mistakes in simultaneous silent running technique and to correct them in the future. An expert assessment of the effectiveness of mastering the technique of simultaneous silent running by young skiers was carried out during the pedagogical experiment. It was found that before the experiment, the average rate of possession of the technique was 2.3+0.4 points, and at the end of the experiment 3.8+0.9 points. By the end of the experiment the number of mistakes made in the technique decreased: only 2 bad mistakes were made, while in the beginning 25 bad mistakes distorting the basis of action technique were revealed. The number of serious mistakes decreased almost twice (19 in the beginning and 10 after the experiment). The number of minor mistakes characterizing incorrect realisation of technique elements, but leading to a decrease in the efficiency, also decreased from 7 to 4. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment girls showed the most common mistakes: straight tense legs when pushing by hands; weak effort transfer to the stick when setting sticks (bad push); sharp and high throwing hands up behind the back after the push.As for boys, the following mistekes were found: incomplete transfer of body weight to the support; straight tense legs when pushing with hands; clenching sticks into a fist; weak transfer of effort to the sticks when setting sticks (bad push). At the end of the experiment positive dynamics was revealed, most of the mistakes were corrected. The methodology of training, which included four stages: orientation, advanced study, consolidation, improvement, is analyzed. Exercises to correct the mistakes of the technique elements were used to master the technique of simultaneous silent running. Simulation exercises, multiple execution of the course in excellent sliding conditions were used in classes. Outdoor games, relays, game tasks helped to master the technique. Expert assessment allowed to find bad, significant and insignificant mistakes in simultaneous silent running technique at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment. The technique technique used by the coach is also analyzed. Its features are revealed. The positive dynamics in the development of simultaneous silent running technique by young skiers is determined.
