Abstract
随着《中华人民共和国无障碍环境建设法》的正式实施,校园的无障碍环境建设将更多得到各级教育管理部门和办学机构的重视。“双一流”学科建设背景下,高校校园空间需要在实现无障碍要求的基础上,向更为友好和包容的方向发展。本文从包容性校园的服务对象、需求特征和性能目标3个方面的特殊性分析出发,结合康复大学、中国人民大学、北京科技大学等新校区案例实践,围绕校园无障碍系统性规划、精细化设计和多样化场景等内容,提出新时期大学校园包容性环境营造的策略与方法。
