Abstract

In Abstract ternational cooperation is an urgent topic of economic research due to the fact that it is of great importance for economic development in the context of globalization of the world economy. In connection with the growing political tension and foreign policy, sanctions pressure on Russia, the importance of Russia’s closest neighbors is growing. One of the most important foreign economic partners of Russia is Kazakhstan, which, together with Russia, is included in such interstate regional associations as the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Eurasian Economic Union. In this connection, the relevance of the study of trade barriers and restrictions is increasing. The article discusses the most significant barriers, analyzes survey data, studies statistical data, provides studies of Russian and Kazakh scientists.
