Abstract

Logistics should be understood as the management of material, information, financial and other flows, that is, bringing raw materials, materials, information and Finance from the supplier and the manufacturer to the end user in accordance with the requirements. Logistics, as a branch of knowledge, is characterized by a multifaceted structure. And there is no doubt that the implementation of logistics processes and operations needs periodic optimization under the changed conditions of the enterprise or the environment. The logistical approach in the enterprise stands out and gets substantial rights service, a priority which is the management of end-to-end material flows, that is flows that come from the outside to the warehouse logistics, production halls, warehouses of finished products and then to consumers. As a result, the indicators of material flow at the exit of the enterprise become manageable. In the conditions of increasing competition, the issues of cost optimization and improving the quality of customer service are included in the list of key activities of modern distribution companies and retail networks. One of the important links in the logistics chain for this business is the distribution warehouse, the efficiency of which, in the end, greatly affects the efficiency of the business as a whole. Design of end-to-end processes in most cases provides the optimal solution for the accumulation of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products in a particular link of the logistics chains for a while. A complete project shows what needs to be done with the cargo at the point of accumulation. For this purpose, a warehouse is formed in the logistics system. Warehouses are buildings, constructions and various devices intended for acceptance, placement and storage of the goods which arrived on them, preparation for their consumption and issue to the consumer. Warehouse logistics has appeared for a long time and is developing quite actively. Moreover, logistics rightfully occupies one of the leading places in the life of modern society, as it ensures the satisfaction of the demand of this society. Moreover, it does so at minimal total cost, which is very important for increasing the profits of modern enterprises.One of the key principles of warehouse logistics is the analysis of existing logistics solutions and the development of measures that can improve their efficiency. This article analyzes the main existing methods of optimization of warehouse logistics systems.
