ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРАВОВОЙ СОЦИАЛИЗАЦИИ СТУДЕНЧЕСКОЙ МОЛОДЕЖИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИИ: ПОСТАНОВКА ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Abstract

Objective of the study. The social and legal activity of student youth depends on the formation of meta-legal value orientations and legal ideas that determine their behavior in the existing system of legal relations. In modern conditions, the Internet becomes a source of legal information, and legal behavior is actively discussed in the process of network communications. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to identify the degree of influence of digital technologies on legal representations, value orientations and normative behavior of students as components of the process of legal socialization. The methodological basis of the research. Analysis of various theoretical approaches to the legal socialization of youth, proposed in the works of O. A. Zayachkovsky, M. Yu. Popov and T. M. Khusyainov, makes it possible to develop a comprehensive definition of this process in relation to student youth. When identifying the features of the legal socialization of student youth, the position of V.I. Chuprov and Yu.A. Zubok, who studied the spontaneous and socially controlled components of socialization, depending on the specifics of the development of society and the type of interaction of young people with other social groups. D. E. Dobrinskaya’s appeal to the consideration of the digital society contributed to determining the degree of influence of digital technologies and network communications on the legal socialization of student youth. Research results. As a result of the analysis of scientific literature and sociological research, it was found that the legal representations and value orientations of students are formed under the influence of traditional agents of socialization – education and family institutions that directly affect the transmission and assimilation of legal knowledge and values in the context of digitalization. Technological procedures for algorithmization and data datification of information can affect the way students make decisions regarding legal behavior, especially in the private sphere. However, the basis for the formation of legal representations of student youth is the value orientation towards justice, which is based on the principles of equality before the execution of the law and the social balance of action and retribution. Prospects of the study. Prospects for the development of the presented topics are associated with the implementation of a representative survey of student youth to identify the degree of digital technologies’ influence on the legal socialization of this social group.
