Abstract

Now new demands to training of personnel which assume regular updating and deepening of the available knowledge of workers, experts and heads of all levels are made. The system of training of personnel is defining for adoption of many key management decisions in personnel management – in particular, the decisions concerning redistribution of competences and powers, creations of a talent pool, movement of workers of new official positions, formations of design groups, assessment of efficiency of use of personnel resources. The increasing value of training for the organization and conside- rable expansion of needs for it in the last thirty years was led to the fact that leading companies undertook updating of qualification of the emp- loyees. The organization of training became one of the main functions of human resource mana- gement. This results from the fact that many companies, having changed personnel policy, according to the advanced trends in modern management, began to consider knowledge and qualification of the hired worker as the capital belonging to the organization and making profit, and costs of training – as profitable capital investments. More and more heads of the Russian companies think of expediency of increase in professional level of the employees since in the circumstances competition strengthenings development of personnel is the most important condition of development of the organization. The discre- pancy of qualification of personnel to requirements of the organization is fraught with low indicators of its activity. Besides, besides direct influence on financial results of the organization, professional development promotes creation of favorable corporate culture in the organizations, has significant effect on motivation of wor- kers and their devotion of the organization.Object of research the system of training of personnel in Autonomous non-profit organization of additional professional education CTC “Personnel”. The theoretical importance of a research consists in justification of regulations on development and realization of actions for a sovershenstovaniye of a system of training of personnel which are aimed at providing efficiency of educational process and the solution of problems of knowledge connected with a different basic case when for- ming educational groups.The practical importance of a research consists that basic provisions, conclusions and recommendations can form a basis of real application of the offered recommendations in practice and obtaining visi- ble results from their introduction. The received withdrawals and suggestions for improvement of a system of training of personnel can be used in work of the modern educational and educational organizations.
