Abstract

In the article the task is complex study of development of personal and professional qualities in the process of learning in the medical Academy and the definition of the subject of the image of professionally significant individual psychological traits of future physicians. Problems of training future doctors received considerable attention in the scientific-theoretical, methodological and practical works, dedicated to the teaching and educational process of the University. However, despite this, graduates of medical schools do not meet the modern requirements, as professional medical activities has a number of specific features and its success is determined not only the professional knowledge and skills but also skills to implement them in their practice through the development of professional qualities of personality.
