Abstract

A new approach is developed in order to overcome the degradation of insulin by digestive enzymes and its delivery to the blood through the gastrointestinal tract. The approach is based on the administration of diluted insulin solutions. It is shown that the administration of insulin solutions leads to an increase of thte insulin concentration and a decrease in the glucose concentration in the blood
