Abstract

It has been found that a Nucleosil 100-5 OH column can be used for the analysis of platinum (II) coordination compounds. Using the mobile phase representing a mixture of acetonitrile and water in a ratio from 95:5 to 85:15 ensures separation of platinum (II) coordination compounds on chromatographic columns with diol and amino sorbents according to the normal-phase mechanism.
