Abstract
The modern economy requires a variety of approaches to attracting and using investment funds in many sectors of the national economy. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of each subject, taking into account the available natural and climatic resources for the development of scientific and technical potential. Of no small importance is the human resource, i.e. the availability of highly qualified specialists who are able to organize and work on modern technical means using advanced technologies. All this should be aimed at the production of goods that will be in demand from both legal entities and individuals. It is necessary to take into account the expedient use of investment funds for the modernization of production using innovative technologies. The importance of solving this issue is directly related to the availability of a primary natural resource, which will help to reduce the cost of the final product. The approach to resolving this issue should be balanced, deliberate, it is necessary to build the work in such a way that work is carried out in each region to restore the existing natural resources and preserve the national wealth.
