Abstract

For the first time in the history of the Literature teaching methodology the author of this article represents the comparative analysis of methodical systems of prominent scientists V. V. Golubkov and A. M. Rybnikova who laid the theoretical foundations of Literature teaching in the Soviet school. Moreover, the extent of their impact on the school literary education of the 20th – beginning of the 21st century is also comprehended from the standpoint of achievements of modern methodical science. The author mentioned both positive aspects of methodical systems by V. V. Golubkov, M.A. Rybnikova and disadvantages which affected the quality level of Literature teaching.
