Abstract

The paper conceptualized the problem space of Husserl in the history of the philosophy of self-determination on the one hand, he has consistently and systematically developed represents a very relevant argument in favor of the scientific status of the latter. But, on the other hand, the fact that he had set philosophy as «rigorous science» series of goals unattainable that today almost universally recognized, «works» – in spite of his desire to adopt scientific philosophy – «in favor» of concepts, denying this status. On this basis, it is concluded that the phenomenology of Husserl should be attributed not to the scientistic tradition in the philosophy of self-determination and to the originating with the tradition of Aristotle, in which developed the metaphysical understanding of philosophy as a «universal and absolute science», «science of sciences» Amendment on what to do, using the ideas of the founder of modern phenomenology propaedeutic discussions.
