Особенности российской и мировой инновационной экономики

Abstract

Статья посвящена теме фундаментального современного противостояния России и, так называемого, цивилизационного Запада. Политики и политологи с двух сторон при явном дефиците дипломатии пытаются разрешать противостояние традиционными пропагандистскими средствами через СМИ, что не дает своих должных результатов. Здесь отсутствует фактор фундаментальности науки и научного обоснования политических, общечеловеческих и социально-экономических позиций сторон. По мнению автора, научный подход предпочтительнее любой пропаганды, которая должна быть вторичной, как комментарий к научному обоснованию. Привлечение к пропаганде известных философов не меняет сути пропаганды, поскольку в современной философии уже нет научной базы обоснования позиций сторон, где обе стороны лишь призывают к гуманизму. Сущность современного военного мирового конфликта между Россией и Западом полностью раскрывается в «Государстве» Платона, где четко определены ценностные качества трех типажей в государстве. Уже тогда Платон предупреждал, что торговцы (банкиры, предприниматели, бизнесмены) во власти все нормативно действующие порядки и законы общества перестраивают под себя и под свои интересы. Во власти они хитры, не искренни, лживы и для получения своих выгод, как правило, действуют чужими руками. Современные западные политики, как и их ставленники, им верят и их поддерживают. Поэтому явная антимудрость современной западной правящей элиты объясняется именно платоновскими оценками типажей и их характеристиками. Мудрецы на Западе во главе государств быть не могут в принципе. А войны, провокации и «оранжевые» революции — это их протест против естественной интеллектуальной природы, против неугодного им хода исторического развития. The article is devoted to the fundamental modern confrontation between Russia and the so-called civilizational West. Politicians and political scientists from both sides, with a clear lack of diplomacy, are trying to resolve the confrontation by traditional propaganda means through the media, which does not give its proper results. There is no factor of the fundamental nature of science and the scientific justification of the political, universal and socio-economic positions of the parties. According to the author, the scientific approach is preferable to any propaganda, which should be secondary, as a comment on scientific justification. The involvement of famous philosophers in propaganda does not change the essence of propaganda, since in modern philosophy there is no longer a scientific basis for justifying the positions of the parties, where both sides only call for humanism. The essence of the modern military world conflict between Russia and the West is fully revealed in Plato's "State", where the value qualities of the three types in the state are clearly defined. Even then, Plato warned that merchants (bankers, entrepreneurs, businessmen) in power, all the regulatory procedures and laws of society are being rebuilt to suit themselves and their interests. In power, they are cunning, not sincere, deceitful and, as a rule, act with someone else's hands to get their benefits. Modern Western politicians, like their henchmen, believe them and support them. Therefore, the apparent anti-wisdom of the modern Western ruling elite is explained precisely by Platonic assessments of types and their characteristics. Wise men in the West cannot, in principle, be at the head of states. And wars, provocations and "orange" revolutions are their protest against the natural intellectual nature, against the course of historical development they do not like.
