Abstract

The purpose of this study examined the analysis of Relationship among Psychological Contract Breach on Job Consciousness and Turnover Intention of Cycle Racers. The data were collected with purposive sampling from 310 of Cycle Racers. After excluding 5 data because partial part of the survey was missing or insincere responses were included, this study analyzed 305 data with SPSSWIN 18.0 through descriptive, factor, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, the psychological contract breach had positive influences on job consciousness of Pro cycle racers. Second, the psychological contract breach had negative influences on turnover intention of Pro cycle racers. Third, the job consciousness had negative influences on turnover intention of Pro cycle racers. The results stated above were discussed based on the previous studies and empirical research regarding psychological contract breach, job consciousness and turnover intention.
