Accordingly, 36 journals published in Korea by June 2023 were selected using "suicide prevention," "suicide program," and "suicide prevention program" as keywords, and a total of 54 effect sizes were calculated. As a result, the overall effect size of the suicide prevention program was 0.96, and the main variables, depression 1.04 and suicide accident 0.88 were high, respectively. In addition, gender, youth, intervention content, cognitive behavior, general meeting period less than 10 weeks, session time more than 91 minutes, weekly more than three times, and group size 11-20 people were examined. These results quantitatively confirm the effectiveness of suicide prevention programs and are expected to contribute to increasing the efficiency of program development and operation. As described above, this study is meaningful by providing information related to suicide prevention programs, and will be provided as basic data for organizing and proceeding with suicide prevention programs in the future.
