Abstract

Objectives The purposes of this study were to analyze the impact on multicultural acceptability of university stucent's pappiness, self-esteem, and human rights awareness.
 Methods The survey target were two hundred eighty-seven university students in Jeollanam-do. Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test reliability of the survey questionnaires for the collected data, and Pearson's Ratio Correlation Analysis was applied to perceive the relationship between university student’s happiness, self-esteem, and human rights awareness. Multiple regression analysis implemented to see the effect of their happiness, self-esteem, and human rights awareness on multicultural acceptability.
 Results First, there was significant static correlation in between university student’s multicultural acceptability self-esteem and human rights awareness. Second, it was showed that university student’s human rights awareness, happiness, and self-esteem are the static predictors based on multicultural acceptability. As the result analyzed by each sub-factor, human rights awareness, all predictors, and both happiness and human rights awareness were the significant static predictors of diversity, relationship, and universality, respectively.
 Conclusions This study would be used as basic data for developing the program related with improving multicultural education system and multicultural perception to integrate society.
