Modern designers have also incorporated Yi women’s accessories, a Yi shape in the sublobar hat’s visor, a necktie-shaped band on purses, a hanging appearance through the use of a belt, a pleated skirt, and U-shaped and V-shaped hemlines. There is, additionally, the shape of a sleeve that appears when wearinga long-sleeved innerwear top and a short-sleeved outerwear top, as well asa wool vest’s decorated sleeves, a layering effect by wearing outerwear and innerwear tops with different lengths, an opening or slit, the arrangement of a curved-line pattern on the collar, a pattern arrangement on the front closure, and Maya patterns
