Abstract

The transfer specific nature of modern arts in the European Union countries educational system is analysed. It is emphasised that a teacher gradually ceases to be only a process moderator to form competencies, and the technological component of educational process organisation is increasing year after year. Fundamental directions of modern economics education based on M. Spencer, J. Dewey concepts, the analysis W. Beck cosmopolitan model, M. Featherston and S. Lees socio-economic turbulence, and J. Pieters cultural diffusion have been determined. Special attention is paid to new paradigms formation for developing the society of Homo Urbanus and Homo Creativus, in the near future will determine educational sphere trend and regulatory dominance of the “supercreative core” where creative teachers belong to by R. Florida. The analysis of the European model of a teacher in the framework of his/her creative identification, to authors’ opinion, has a multidisciplinary character of enlightenment, that allowed improving M. Henson structuring criteria basis. The analysis of identification approaches on a teacher’s creative personality has allowed to identify typical features of the EU: understanding the need for expanded investment in education, psychological and pedagogical professionalism, the convergence degree of educational systems, selective mastering of scientific and didactic information, multilevel programs impact (in particular, Erasmus +) for academic mobility, as well as the nature of the educational management international institutionalization.
