Finally, the following conclusions were drawn. Height, weight, and BMI were not significantly different in the analysis of the elderly’s body composition variables, However, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance were significantly different in the analysis of physical fitness variables. Muscle strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular endurance were significantly different in the comparison and analysis of variables between senior fitness clusters(high, mid, and low). Flexibility was significantly different in the high and mid groups but not significantly different in the low group. Based on the findings, body composition was not changed but health-related physical fitness showed positive changes in the fitness level of the total group and between clusters in the elderly.
