Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze previous studies discussed in various issues through systematic literature review methods, examine research trends, and provide directions for future research. To this end, the final 10 documents were selected and analyzed through systematic literature review methods among previous studies in Korea.
 As a result of the study, first, the study was first started in 2008, and it was confirmed to be 20% in 2016, 2021, and 2022, respectively, and 10% in 2008, respectively. Second, in the case of research, 70% of business studies, 20% of business studies, and 10% of social science studies were confirmed. Third, in the case of all research methods, it was confirmed that quantitative research methods were used through surveys. Fourth, in the case of self-leadership measurement tools, Manz (1986)'s Self-Leadership Questionaire II (SLQ) was the most confirmed at 40%. Fifth, in the case of the use of variables, 80% of the mediating variables and 20% of the independent variables were confirmed. Sixth, no literature research has been identified. This study proposed implications for the development of domestic organizational culture and self-leadership through systematic literature review, and is meaningful in that it provided basic data for subsequent studies as the first literature survey.
