Abstract

The article describes an urgent problem of improving the quality of military specialists’ education through implementation of higher military education quality monitoring system in the educational process as an important educational requirement.The author analyzed scientific views and approaches to elements of quality monitoring system of military specialists, revealed pedagogical conditions for monitoring the quality of training in higher military educational institutions. It is determined that an important condition for ensuring the quality of training in higher military educational establishments and increase of the efficiency of educational process in higher military educational institution is a systematically receiving of objective information about the performance of cadets (listeners) through monitoring.Monitoring is an information basis for the quality of specialist training , it aims to obtain operative and reliable information about the quality of training results and the conditions of their achievement, that’s why its main purpose is to provide information to customers and other stakeholders about the quality of cadets (listeners) at any time. In training highly competent officers stakeholders are the state, the society, the Armed Forces, cadets (listeners) and directly higher military educational institution which provides training, so interests of all these parties must be taken into account.Quality monitoring of training in higher military educational establishments will be effective and monitoring studies will reflect accurate results and lead to a reasonable conclusion when higher military educational institution will operate peculiar pedagogical environment that will facilitate the organization of positive motivation of cadets (students) and teachers on the use of quality monitoring in the educational process.
