Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of service quality of taekwondo gym on students’ positive emotion, reliability and behavioral intention. A total of 360 copies of the questionnaire were collected via Google Forms over one month from 10 November to 10 December 2022. Fourteen samples were deleted due to dishonest answers, which left 346 valid samples in the database. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were undertaken using SPSS 27.0. Results of this study indicated as follows: First, service quality had significant influence on positive emotion. Second, service quality had significant influence on reliability. Third, positive emotion and reliability had significant influence on consumers’ behavioral intention. Fourth, service quality had significant influence on consumers’ behavioral intention.
