Abstract

In this study, in order to analyze the relationship of the influence of the organizational climate of domestic professional baseball teams on empowerment and organizational effectiveness, the players from each team of professional baseball teams were taken as the population, and the quota sampling which is a nonprobability sampling method was used to choose samples per each team. The collected data were processed with frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, covariance structure analysis using SPSS 17.0 and Amos 18.0. The research results of this study indicate that First. organizational climate of domestic professional baseball teams had a significant influence on empowerment. Second, empowerment of domestic professional baseball teams had a significant influence on organizational effectiveness(organizational immersion, duty satisfaction, intention to change jobs). Finally, organizational climate of domestic professional baseball teams had not a significant influence on organizational effectiveness.
