Abstract

The aim of the research is to study the effect of variable incubation temperature on the morphogenesis of the yolk sac and the development of chicken embryos. At variable temperatures on the 18th day, in contrast to the standard, the diameter of the EECs is small, the area, perimeter and diameter of the vessels are larger, but the diameter of the nucleus, the area of the cell and the nucleus are smaller. Variable temperatures had a positive effect on the de-velopment of chicken embryos, expressed in an increase in their weight by 20 days, a decrease in the weight of the yolk sac and the greatest effect of its use by the embryo.
