Abstract

In the article, the self-regulating heat supply system from individual heat points with heat storage devices and coil-type heat exchangers for independent heating and hot water supply systems is considered . A comparison of t wo constructive models of heat exchangers for the individual heat supply systems is performed : with parallel and serial arrangement of coils. For this purpose, a computational simulation complex, based on CFD- simulation , has been used. The simulation conditions are presented . As a result, an optimal design has been determined to achieve maximum heat transfer. It is shown that under the same parameters, the heating rate of the hot water heating medium with serial arrangement of the coils is higher due to direct contact with the primary heat carrier . In the heat exchanger with the serial arrangement of coils, the heat storage device of larger volume than for a parallel arrangement can be used , which stabilizes the temperature conditions of hot water.
