Abstract
У статті розглянуто феномен історичної пам’яті. Простежено зв’язок між історичною пам’яттю та історичною освітою. Акцентовано увагу на чинники, що зумовили переоцінку явищ, подій у вітчизняній історії на сучасному етапі. Проаналізовано поняття історичної пам’яті. Наголошено, що структура історичної пам’яті включає індивідуальну та колективну пам’ять. З’ясовано, що в основу національної ідентичності покладено історичну пам’ять.
