Abstract
This study proposes some new guidelines and patterns of the music education program for ‘New Silver Generation,’ who are relatively young and intelligent. The purpose of this program is to actualize the diversity of the music education for ‘New Silver Generation‘ into the cultural art education.
 I suppose three new guidelines for the music program: firstly, to expand the repertoire and to raises the quality of the program; secondly, to offer an active participation in the music program; last, to link the program with the other area.
 The specific contents of the music programs include singing with all generations, and listening to music with Dalcroize pedagogy, history of music from the perspective of human science, .
 Throughout the proposed program, the culture and art education for seniors can be more professional and become classified in The culture and art education for seniors. Moreover, the proposed program can be used as the teaching materials in the near future. In due course, the proposed program will contribute to the well-balanced development in the area of culture and art education.
