Abstract

The training of highly qualified specialists in the field of physical culture includes two main tasks - professional coach preparation itself and the improvement of sportsmanship. The article is devoted to the second task, the purpose of which is to organize a training process aimed at the establishment and improvement of the kickboxer's sportsmanship while studying at a higher physical culture education institution. The organization of each of the annual training cycles within the training structure in kickboxing has rather specific features. Based on the results of the study, the main priorities in teaching individual technical activities, namely, punches and kicks included in the curriculum for the bachelor's level of higher physical education, were identified. For the first three year cycles, a reliable level of agreement between the opinions of experts on the use of technical actions by hands was noted. In the fourth year, there were no significant differences in the use of individual independent technical actions of hand strokes. At the same time, the emphasis is shifting towards increasing variability due to the use of a series of various strikes and counterattacks, oncoming strikes and movements. The consistency of expert opinions on the use of various technical actions of kicks for annual training cycles in the first, second and fourth courses is revealed. For the third year of study, two areas have been identified in the technical training of Brazilian kickboxers: the first gives preference to learning and improving complex technical kicks, the second focuses on relatively simple kicks, bringing them to perfection in competitive practice.
