That’s why, 95 first-year students (3 groups) of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University were offered two questionnaires in a foreign (English) language to determine the motivation for studying the professional English and their attitude to the application of electronic textbooks in the educational process to increase motivation. The research results showed that its implementation in the educational process was successful in increasing the level of motivation of students to study the discipline, because most students found a positive attitude towards using the proposed electronic resource in language learning. We believe that the application of an electronic textbook in a professional foreign (English) language is effective if it is systematically applied during the school year, because the form of organization of the educational process under consideration significantly increased students’ motivation to study a foreign (English) professional language. However, university professors must apply different approaches and strategies to create a supportive learning environment where students feel interested, confident in achieving their learning goals.
